At 2:04 today Verisign sent a client of mine the following notice:

   Requesting Registrar: Tucows, Inc.
   Current Registrar: Network Solutions, Inc.

has been approved.  Though we're sorry to see you go, we've sent the
transfer command to the registry as you've requested.

We've enjoyed serving you.  If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your new registrar, please consider us again.  We are
constantly improving our services and expanding our offerings.

At the same time today I received the following notice:

Requesting Registrar: Tucows, Inc..
Current Registrar: Network Solutions, Inc..
OpenSRS Order #Id: 6526617.


Dear Verve Hosting:

The current registrar for the cantey.net domain name rejected the transfer
request you submitted.
Pursuant to established Verisign Registry procedures, the transfer is
declined.

Please contact the current registrar listed above for a further explanation
of the rejection.

When I checked whois a few minutes ago it showed the domain still with
Network Solutions:

   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.

   Name Server: DNS2.HOSTPRO.NET

Should I call Network Solutions or should my customer call? Should I wait a
day and see if the transfer actually takes place?
