>No, I'm not a re-seller.
in this case OpenSRS should have replied to you
that you need to contact the reseller responsible for your domain.

>The original hosting company that registered with OpenSRS was purchased,
>so I'm not sure I can get the information from them.
they have a legal obligation to send it to the admin contact
Sheri Crowe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

> In fact I cc'd a contact there when I emailed OpenSRS, and received no response.
>I also in my email to OpenSRS gave a contact email for my current host,
>and prior host in case they wanted to verify who I was.
>Beyond that, I"m not sure how to proceed.
if you don't get an answer from
Compass Communications Inc <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
you just need to send an email to OpenSRS.net compliance
http://resellers.tucows.com/enduser/enduser_faq
explaining this and they will talk to them on your behalf,
and if the reseller still does not send you the username/password,
Tucows will help you directly.

kind regards philippe
