I had this same problem a few months ago, and couldn't find a solution. We ended up losing the customer. I must say that although I love OpenSRS dearly, it annoyed me a *great deal* that they wouldn't accept it and charge me a renewal fee to cover the trivial 5 or whatever it costs OpenSRS. After long conversations with various people, it boiled down to "OpenSRS won't accept it because our accounting system can't track the renewal fee, and we're not willing to make an exception." How hard could it be to just accept it and manually debit me $13 for a renewal? At the time I was told that the accounting system would shortly be fixed to allow it. I'm disappointed to hear that didn't happen; turning away paying customers because you can't figure out a way to enter it in your accounting system is not good business. ------------------------------------ Robert L Mathews, Tiger Technologies
