I suppose it all is a part of an "Official Seal" type program which
customers can generally trust, indicating that you and Tucows both
know that you are selling services through the Tucows system. It
doesn't appear to have anything to do with whether or not you have
resellers underneath you.
All of this aside George, everyone knows that you're fighting for the
general consumers' rights (re: domains/WLS) and are trustworthy, Seal
or no Seal... it is nice to have though:)
