I've read the discuss list postings on the Authorized Reseller Program and wish to weigh in at this point to provide some information.
First, thank you all for your feedback on the technical side of things - we're currently working to assess and address the issues you have raised. Second, the Authorized Reseller Program is one Tucows designed to address the needs of Resellers who would like to actively promote their association with Tucows. The new link in the Profile Management section is specifically for this program which is set to be launched later today. The link was released in advance of the LRU, as it was included in a website code promotion that happened last week. There will be a LRU to officially launch the program later today - with any relevant changes due to the technical feedback to follow in an update later this week.
