(I'm gonna let the pro's (ie sales, marketing or product management) answer Robert's direct questions - I think we've covered it sufficiently in the past, but understand his cause for concern. Let me assure you, our motives remain pure.)
But re: the product that we're not contractually supposed to talk about in public :) I'm happy to answer questions offline and would also be completely cool with adding new participants to the New Service Evaluation (NSE) program that we're currently running right now if you want to try out the application first hand and discover why this will be a great way to hoover cash from your customers pockets and put it in yours.
Sames goes for the other product that we're not allowed to talk about.
