Well, here's what they told my customer today:

In regard to your inquiry to us about authorization code for .org transfers,
we at this time are an RRP registrar and do not have the authorization codes that an 
EPP  registrar would need in order to transfer your .org domain names. However all 
other domain names are transferrable at this time.

How do they get away with this? (No, stupid question...) Or should the
OpenSRS interface be allowing a blank auth code or something?
