It's great to see OpenSRS/Tucows respond quickly to the comments.

I was not planning on visiting the helpcenter site anytime soon based on the
negative feedback. However now that some issues have been addressed, I will
go ahead and take a look.

Based on your feedback, we have made several modifications to the HelpCenter
Page.

We have clearly indicated that users can choose to provide their email
address or not.  Information regarding our privacy statement has also been
added to this screen.

We have limited the use of "pop-ups" to the actual HelpCenter Site.  The
user is now notified that a new window is used.

The purpose of the new window is to provide optimized navigation of the
largest variety of end user monitors. We decided to use a combination of
Javascript and popups to determine the OS, Web browser and screen resolution
of the user's computer and pop-up of a new window to provide optimized
display of the information.  After reviewing your comments, we have decided
to continue this approach.  However, we recognize that unsolicited popups
are not desirable for some users. Therefore, if the new window does not
open, the user is given the option use an "in window" version of the
HelpCenter.

Rest assured the HelpCenter will not serve advertising or other third party
material to users.
