Good question. Here's the quick answer. Both the RRC and the discussion
list are tools meant to make resellers lives easier and of course reduce
support costs. To that end I see no problem with a reseller posting
information from the RRC onto this list for the purpose of being
helpful, inquisitive etc.

So here's a philosophical question.

Should information from the Reseller Resource Center - which are now
protected behind a username and password - actually be sent to this
list?

I opted not to do so this morning and instead posted a link that was
behind the secure access which contained the information on how to
unlock a domain that had a registry lock on it.

Robert - being very helpful - posted the information to the list. I'm
sure that Swerve appreciated it, and Tucows was saved a support phone
call; however, the information he posted is no longer available to the
public.

What's the process we should be following here?
