Now, how about redesigning the absolutely horrid RWI from the ground up?
Umm, please? Pretty please? Is anyone there asking us what we want? The RCC thing is nice and all but certainly less of a priority in my mind than the actual interface we have to suffer through daily. The RWI is super ugly and difficult to navigate to where you need to go. I've got plenty of suggestions if anyone cares.
