One additional feature that I think is most used on the RWI is the ability to "View Domain". However, upon login, you quite often need to scroll down to find it.
When doing support for a customer by phone, every second counts when being able to pull up their domain and look at the details. I think "View Domain" should be available at the top of the RWI, and this is something that should be done asap.
