Hmmm, you apparently have your private version of the RWI that none of 
the rest of us can see   :-)

If you want examples of what the rest of us experience.... How about the 
fact that "View Pending Orders" requires scrolling down a screen, past 
such frequently used items as "Place Multilingual Bulk Order Manually"? 
Or that you can't place batch transfers through the RWI at all? Or that 
the "Process Renewals Immediately" setting is located right where you'd 
expect to find it, in the "Tech Contact Information" section? Or that 
there's no single search screen you can use to search for a domain name 
in any possible state? Or that using the end-user renewal reminder 
configuration screen adds three blank lines between the header and domain 
part? There's much more.

Seriously, it's awful, simply because it grew like Topsy. It happens.

In the past when I've made suggestions about the RWI, I've been told that 
OpenSRS knows it's a problem, but since it "works", it's a low 
budget/time priority. That's something we've probably all been guilty of 
ourselves.
