Hmmm, you apparently have your private version of the RWI that none of the rest of us can see :-) If you want examples of what the rest of us experience.... How about the fact that "View Pending Orders" requires scrolling down a screen, past such frequently used items as "Place Multilingual Bulk Order Manually"? Or that you can't place batch transfers through the RWI at all? Or that the "Process Renewals Immediately" setting is located right where you'd expect to find it, in the "Tech Contact Information" section? Or that there's no single search screen you can use to search for a domain name in any possible state? Or that using the end-user renewal reminder configuration screen adds three blank lines between the header and domain part? There's much more. Seriously, it's awful, simply because it grew like Topsy. It happens. In the past when I've made suggestions about the RWI, I've been told that OpenSRS knows it's a problem, but since it "works", it's a low budget/time priority. That's something we've probably all been guilty of ourselves. -- Robert L Mathews, Tiger Technologies http://www.tigertech.net/
