Opera is the biggest issue really.
Can anyone say if the Geotrust certs are compatible with Safari?

Actually, I can get the Comodo/Baltimore certs for half the price of the geotrust but the Tucows ordering system is just too easy to use and there is no chain cert to install (mixing chain certs on IIS5 seems to be a no-go).
I have end d up standardising to the Geotrust certificate.

Subject: ssl certificate acceptance

I know this has been discussed here in the past, but I'm looking for some sane, unbiased numbers regarding browser 'compatibility' with ssl certificates / which certificates are the best to offer customers.

According to some info I've seen, Geotrust might not be the best price/value based on compatibility:
http://www.whichssl.com/browser_recognition_table.html (yes I know this isn't at all unbiased and some of the numbers look to be inaccurate)

If IE 5.0 has 1-1.5% of the browser market though, it seems a shame to miss out on these people with Geotrust.  I havent been able to get good numbers on the market share of other 'fringe' browsers that might or might not work with Geotrust, InstantSSL, Entrust, Baltimore, etc...

I can't seem to find a single word regarding this rather important issue in the 'reseller resource center' either....

Thanks,
