The "Documentation" link in the RWI not working for me? Has the transfer away procedure changed? The transfer messaging area in my RWI still shows messages to end-users stating 5 days to respond, and if no response, it will be auto-ACK. These transfer attempts on the same domain show 3 days and auto-NACK?
