If you are hosting DNS for them also, make sure you are resolving to
upstream DNS servers and not yours.
Another option is to just hit the roots and see if they point to your
DNS. If not, flag it for follow up. You may have a few customers that
don't use you for DNS, but this is probably rar and it removes the
reliance on your upstream to provide DNS servers for you (not all of
them do, and they're not always especially stable)
