Hi Ross, Yes we will not respond to the transfer request and my client is going to attempt to get the money refunded.
I'm not sure we can do much from a legal perspective as we are in the UK? It is amazing though that they are (still) doing this. I had heard they were amending the letters they sent out but apparently not, my client is adamant that it looked like an invoice. Thank you for your help in this Best regards Nick Managing Director e3internet http://www.e3internet.com -----Original Message----- From: Ross Wm. If the transfer hasn't gone through, there isn't much that can be done from an ICANN policy perspective. He can nack the transfer if he wishes and should aggressively pursue a refund. He should also consider filing a legal complaint. - -- ~ -rwr Skydasher: A great way to start your day My contact info: http://www.blogware.com/profiles/ross My weblog: http://www.byte.org/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3-nr1 (Windows XP) iD8DBQFB4nrj6sL06XjirooRAvXMAJ0eEwnIxWDWbxJObpYOtMa89nztcwCeO8v4 Upsc8TNLkptG/jBPw7erWfA= =wy/2 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- No virus found in this incoming message.
