I can tell you this: Video won't be much different. The screens have nearly identical PPI (160 for Xoom, 170 for Nc). Both use (nearly) the same hardware decoder for video playback. Xoom can handle higher base resolution on the video but once it gets to the screen you'll be hard-pressed to notice any difference other than that everything is a little bigger on Xoom.
