Hi. Font embedding reloes on the format used by the suite. Currently only PDF has this ability.

Isn't it the font that determines what you can do with it? Fonts that allow embedding are either "editable" or "installable". Surely there is no legal issue if the font explicitly allows you to embed it in one of these two ways?
