familiar with phpbb. Why go with something that someone isnt

I agree i think the BOD needs to put this to a vote. But we dont have
to limit the forum to LO only it can contain TDF forums as well. i
honestly dont see a problem there.
The domain though would have to be somethign along the lines of
forums.tdf.org or something like that especially if the TDF have a
section in there and it being the parent organization of LO it makes
sense to have a URL like that
