LJelly, I don't think this is the right list, but then I'm not sure what list you should post on either :-) Are you asking a technical/development question, are you proposing a set of (future) patches? If yes, I think you should post on our development mailing list. If you're outlining ideas, perhaps you could edit our wiki?
