I presume you're talking about throwing it up for an http broadcast that
anyone can browse to and tune in. May I suggest, however, checking out
hosting through the Miro platform? All you need is an RSS feed pointing
to videos. See http://www.getmiro.com/create/ for more info.

Saw your question as a nice chance to plug a great (FOSS) participatory
culture tool. I'll of course speak up if I come across anything a little
more traditional, though.
