This is a generic question, not for a specific purpose. But it seems that the limiting factor with Webcams is that a.) not everyone has one and b.) they tend to be lame quality. In addition, slides can be more useful / more visually interesting than looking at a talking head. But I'm interested to hear about FOSS solutions for either sync'd slides or video -- preferably ones with cross-platform support (for those poor souls still using Windows or Mac ;-). - -- Gavin Baker http://www.gavinbaker.com/ [EMAIL PROTECTED] If we cannot be free, we can at least be cheap. ~ Frank Zappa -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHt9GHtLXQdLhFpekRAgx5AJ44M2vWUlS+NuGNQYnI30vBVDNm4gCfYUSj /SL9RJC6ijMevjs51K971EI= =Yqz4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://freeculture.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss
