Free software itself is not mentioned but all the text on:

"Problems with CouchSurfing
- Fraud and illegal behavior
- The Verification Scam
- Privacy Concerns
- References and the lack of a dispute resolution process
- Censorship"

is pretty clear. It would be time wasted to open source that, let alone
build a free software project on that base.
