There are also plenty of schools using wordpress as a learning management
system, perhaps the best example is http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/.  I've been
impressed to see schools use more of a distributed community approach to
learning systems, such as and http://www.eoi.es/portal/en/ - they encourage
students to publish all over the web, and use hashtags to aggregate the
