Thanks for posting this Jacob. I'm in the process of analyzing the communication between copyright trolls and the makers of parody videos on Youtube (how citations of fair use are ignored, use of litigation threat as coercive strategy) and the sense-making behind decisions to self-censor/takedown content per these claims. If anyone knows of individuals who have received cease&desist communication regarding their videos, I'd love an introduction.
