http://www.bigbluebutton.org/ is a nice open source clone of WebEx. It's a bit of a beast to run, and last time I tried it there were some significant bugs, and it's php/apache version requirements were quite outdated. I understand they have been working on making it work with webRTC.
I definitely agree that FCF, at large, shouldn't officially have any presence on closed social networks like Google/Facebook/Twitter but I am definitely joining the circle on g+ because it's on those platforms where that we should be amplifying the Free Culture message. And if I see a hangout, I'll jump in.
