Erm, yes. I just found that one. It was just trying to fetch the packages from http://jspax.cdonat.de/test/. I have changed that to /test/ now. On the Server jspax.cdonat.de, jspax.org, jspax.de and jspax.com are the same directory. @Andrea: can you please check, if that was the problem for you?
