No, it's really SPARC-64, sun4u, thanks Mark Cave-Ayland for his hard work.

Linux, NetBSD and OpenBSD boot. 64 bit Solaris doesn't. Both QEMU and
OpenBIOS need improvements.
One problem is known: the RTC is wired wrong. I posted a patch for
that a while ago, but it won't apply to the current version of QEMU.
