OK, I should have mentioned that -D__STDC__=0 matches #if defined(__STDC__) and for this reason, e.g. the line typedef signed char int_fast8_t; is expected to appear in the output. Currently the most probable hint is -D__amd64 but it may be that we need to look closer at the output to find differences. Could you do this using suncpp vs. my cpp please?
