the last name i had on my list was phoenos. Is there any problem with it?
speaking of ogb, it might be a good time to open some discussion around
a governing board for illumos. i believe the admin council is set and
the conservancy paperwork has been complete.

the existing community distros. Was not a fun time to be on the OGB.
There was a reason that before that decision distros had to pick a
unique name
(though there was also trademark protection involved as well, since
Sun did not
want to weaken the protection of the Solaris trademark by allowing
others to
use derivative names).
