I notice some instability in my ASROCK N68C-GS FX
http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68C-GS%20FX/

At times it will hang and not come back, requiring a hard reset.

In the BIOS, I have the following enabled:
Cool-N-Quiet
SecureVirtualMachine
EnhancedHaltState(C1E)
CPUThermalThrottle
Check Ready
ACPI HPET
RTC Alarm Power [BY OS]

Away Mode is disabled (for Windows Media Center?)

On boot I have the following (recent bits ONU'd atop oi_151a7)

I notice ACPI HPET table query failed and I wonder if that may have anything to do with it.. not being well versed in C states..
