No, that doesn't mean anything. I just looked at the code again, C1E is disabled on _all_ AMD CPUs. You can still try to disable it in the BIOS, but it's probably not the reason for your hangs. It also cannot really happen on busy systems. It's also not E298, which is fixed in your CPU, and it's also unlikely to be E721, which has a workaround in illumos.
