Is there no interest in per-dataset keying? Are people too afraid of butting heads with Oracle? Is it Too Hard (TM)?
I've not seen enough paying-customer interest, though it's possible such interest isn't reaching me. I see peaks on public lists like now, but not with the fervor to justify a full bringup of per-dataset keying.
