Could get back on this problem only now...
Tried disabling hald, then simulated a disconnect (the machine is remote for
me...)
through cfgadm -cdisconnect and -cunconfigure, then again -cconfigure, but no
way.
Though it's recognized by the system, disk is not taken in the disk device list
from commands like
"format", "format -e", "rmformat": it's not linked.
Should I really ask someone to phisically disconnect it and reconnect?

I want to create a zpool on it for backups, what device should I use? Why not
showing on format?
Try disabling hald:
svcadm disable svc:/system/hal:default
If hald is running it latches on to removable devices and causes them not to
show up in things like format(1M).
