Hi,

since the AT&T method using "FRC" has some pitfalls, I implemented support for
the ".PHONY:" method implemented by most make programs.

Other enhancements since May:

- .../xpg4/bin/make recognition has been enhanced for POSIX compatibility.

- fixed a bug that caused $(MAKE) not to contain the absolute path name
of the make program in some cases.

- $(MAKE) is no longer missing with "make -r"

- added a missing free() call

- make -j5 now works. There is no longer a need to have a space between
        -j and the argument.

- SGS_SUPPORT_32 and SGS_SUPPORT_64 are exported in addition to
SGS_SUPPORT in case that one of SGS_SUPPORT_32 or SGS_SUPPORT_64
is seen in the current environment.

- MAKE_NAME=sunpro is hidden in case SunPro Make is running in
compatibility mode for the unfixed make from Sun/Oracle.

This helps makefile systems to recognise a fixed version.

The sources have not yet been integrated into SchilliX-ON, but since the
makefiles have not been changed, the updated sources could be easily imported
