Does it show *any* messages at all? Does it have EFI shell? if yes, you can try 
to run efi/boot/bootx64.efi manually from efi shell, there are chances that 
some errors are shown which are otherwise hidden when started from UEFI boot 
manager.

Also I’d suggest to check for firmware update - sometimes it helps to have 
latest.
