Yeah, I've used Silverback. It's really nice and simple. It doesn't have any stats or anything, but you can use the Mac Remote to add markers on the fly and you can set Silverback to include visual cues for clicks and special key presses.
It takes almost no time to set up, but the export takes a long time, which is annoying. The newest update is supposed to fix that and other minor issues. There is no remote option on Silverback and it is Mac only.
