Where I work we have no real need for iRise. We do WPF, XAML, Flash/Javascript/HTML projects. We prefer prototyping tools that are in the actual environment whenever possible so we can take advantage of capabilities and collaraborate better with developers.
We've been playing with the Sketchflow beta component of Microsoft Expression Blend 3. It has some of the things I've been wanting for ages, including the ability to develop a boxes and arrows flow that is connected to actual pages and components of the experience I'm building. The learning curve to create a rough clickable prototype is low but there is so much potential power. The idea is that you can go from Illustrator/Photoshop to prototype to data-bound live app without throwaway stuff and dead documents though we haven't fullly done that yet. Collaboration tools are superb too. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
