WhatTheFont says that the closest match for the LOPSA logo is "Graublau Sans Display Regular". You get several other matches from members and variants of the "Plus Sans Normal-SC" family. Neither of those are quite correct (you can see minor differences if you look closely), but they might very well be "close enough" for people to do something unofficial. Officially, I found a post from a few years back by Trey Harris that says that the LOPSA corporate typeface is not in the public domain.
