Something to remember:  Some of these were also SAGE Short Topics,
back in the day.  It might be good to review those as potential topics
to expand into white papers.

Documentation
Budgeting
(I think logging was already done, as well.)
etc.

One aspect might be updating these short topics for more recent hardware, etc.

Another thing to discuss is white papers for implementing ITIL best
practices.  For example, how to interface with or implement a CMDB
using information already available (pulling from AD, LDAP, NIS,
registry, flat files, etc.).

In fact, there are already bodies of IT knowledge out there.  It's
probably good to brainstorm and review those so that we don't overlap
and especially don't contradict (at least not initially).
