Throughout the history of the Republic, courts have made good and bad calls. You seem to have no problems repeatedly citing Heller from the same Supremes as a defense of your rights.

The Drea Scott Decision is an example of a horrible decision by the Supreme Court

The courts are manned by humans, humans make mistakes. Expecting any organization manned by humans to be perfect is an even bigger mistake. that is the reason for the checks and balances built into the US government. They don't always work right away, but things usually get fixed eventually.
