What, as an experienced systems administrator, could actually attract

We're a technical bunch, be descriptive. Describe:
- current environment, technologies I'd work with right away (maybe I'm
looking to get more exposure to SANs or a particular RDBMS vendor, or maybe I
don't want to work with some specific backup software ever again)
- where you are heading in terms of technology. Maybe I'll be able to help,
maybe this is where I want to head to.
- role and responsibilities: Will I setup servers in racks? Automate OS
builds? Participate in the decision about which vendors are brought in?
- size of team, interaction with other teams
- amount of operational vs. project vs. "freed time" (look at tech refresh,
process improvement, etc...)
- maturity level (firefighting? established processes? looking for help with
better processes?)
- company domain and what role IT fills
- $ compared to the rest of the industry in this geographical area. If you
don't mention it, I'll assume you pay less than average.
