I've been thinking of cleaning out my library.... Especially since a while
back I took advantage of the deal to get ebook versions of most of my O'Reilly
books that I've registered as owning. I use the ebook versions almost as often
as I use the paper versions currently, but the ebook version is easier to carry
between home and work and doesn't clutter my home as bad. Especially since two
of my bookcases didn't make it in my last move....(7+ years ago) Which
probably says I don't really need the books that are still in boxes.

Wonder if O'Reilly requires that I continue to own the book? Coming back from
LISA I had a stack of their books that I won at several BoFs....which ended up
costing me an extra $100 to bring home (though I got all my travel expenses,
including this, reimbursed...) If I had thought of it, I should've registered
them at LISA and purchased the eBook version and then abandoned them at the
airport to avoid the overweight charge. I'm sure the transaction would've been
safe to do over the open wireless there....

I may have to try them out some day....wonder if there's a problem if I do this
with O'Reilly books.

OTOH, if I'm really going blind....I might not need my current library at all.
