Greetings everybody, I'm seeking recommendations for a SIP trunk provider for our US and Canada based VoIP callers.
Currently we're with Broadvox (recently acquired by NBS) who is unable to provide a number of core functionalities which we desire: - A web console to login and make changes to our account (lift international calling restrictions, change the IP our SIP proxy, etc) - 24x7 support to work with us on weekends in the event that we're changing the public IP on one of our SIP proxies - The ability to select specific DDIs - we need phone numbers with 4-digit suffixes as these need to match our internal extensions We're able to manage all of the above easily via a self-service portal with our SIP trunk providers in Europe and Asia but are not able to here locally. Can anybody recommend a reputable provider here in North America which will provide the above features? Thanks in advance. -Evan
