Oh ho ho... Since you asked...

I had a horrible experience with NextDesk.

I ordered a desk from them, it came late, and they were crappy at communication
in the interim. When it arrived, the delivery people refused to bring it up to
my apartment, and I wasn't prepared to hire people to unpack a pallet on a busy
public street.

When I asked NextDesk to help me find a solution, they were completely
incapable. In the absence of any proposed solutions, I had to cancel the order,
after which they tried to keep me on the hook for shipping costs. Ultimately I
had to ask my credit card company to intervene on my behalf to get a full
refund.

Their products *look* fantastic from what I can tell-- but in my situation,
they couldn't find a way to make the logistics work out. Frankly, given how
much they charge I expected far more than I got.
