You can checkout http://vfense.org. It is is Beta currently, but we do
support Debian/Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS, OS X 10.6 until current and Windows

The installation instructions are located at

We are adding Vulnerability data that will be correlated with the patch
data in our next release. ( CVE/NVD, Ubuntu USN, Microsoft Security
Bulletins, and possibly RedHat RHSA's as well )
