I think I've made it clear I'm not bashing the idea. I *love* the idea, I've 
said so before a number of times now.

I'm just saying not to focus on "Chapter" (which, per the LOPSA by-laws, has a 
very specific definition and set of requirements) and just focus on "The 
Content".
