David, I agree.  I was being somewhat tongue-in-cheek when I said I didn't
want the short end of the deal.  The fact is that I have no idea what web
development is worth these days, what web devs make, what projects like
this might be specified at, nor what people are willing to pay.  I'm just
looking for a little guidance, and so far I've gotten some great ideas and
pointers.  I was looking for a place to start and figured this was a good
forum for that.
