I expect that collecting the answers to those questions so that an
*informed* discussion can take place is the whole point of the current
board activity. It's not like setting up such a subsidiary is something
that can be done in a handful of board meetings, unless you're a large
enough corporation that you can delegate the real work to a small army of
lawyers and administrators.
