Banks are absolutely horrible at transfering money on our behalf, especially
when crossing a borders (nobody can't guarantee how much fees you'll end up
paying, but, trust us, "it's reasonable"). Alternatives are coming (check with
your accountant before using them!):

https://bitpay.com/        (I've had good exp. with them)
https://transferwise.com/  (not fully setup in the US yet)
